"Caramel Macchiato"

Good tasting coffee served at Amìan Cafe.  The coffee shop is just beside the national highway.  A nice place to stop over while travelling.

"Sashimi"

A close up shot of a tuna meat that i prepared for sashimi.  Salted and let dried for couple minutes to bring out the umami taste from the fresh fish.  Hopefully i'll be back in selling sashimi again soon
